What a site costs, and what you get.

One build fee, one monthly price, no contract. Here is exactly what the money covers, in both directions.

01

What does a website cost?

It is $100 to build the site, then $30 a month for hosting and support. That is the whole price list. Nothing is charged by the hour, and nothing gets added after the fact.

02

What does the $100 build fee cover?

The site itself: the design, help with the wording, your photos, your menu or service list, your hours, and your phone number. It also covers Google Business setup and getting the site live and found. Most builds are finished within a week of getting your photos and details.

03

What does the $30 a month cover?

Keeping the site online and current: hosting, the domain setup, security, backups, and any change you send me by text. New hours, new prices, a new photo, a whole new page. You send it, I make the change.

04

What costs extra?

Bigger projects: online ordering, booking systems, online stores, more than one location, and digital signage hardware. Those are quoted per project before anything starts, so the monthly price never changes on you.

05

How does cancellation work?

You text me and the monthly plan stops at the end of that month. No contract, no cancellation fee, no waiting period. The site and its code stay with me while I host it, and anything that is yours, like your photos and your content, gets handed over.

06

Do I need to be technical?

No. You send a text saying what changed and I make the change. Most customers never log into anything. If you would rather do some of it yourself, I will walk you through it once and you are set.

$100 to build. $30 a month. Cancel whenever.
